Robert Richards

Rob started selling insurance with his father Orlen Richards in 2002. He greatly appreciates the wealth of insight and knowledge he received while working with his father. Orlen fully retired from the agency in 2017. As the owner, Rob has continued to look for and make use of competitive companies to better serve our clients. Rob holds the FMDC insurance designation and in the past for several years, served on the board of a mutual insurance company. That experience helped to expand his understanding of farm insurance and insurance in general.

Cheryl Richards

Cher has joined our agency full-time! She is here to help assist clients with quoting and servicing policies. She retired from her career in school business management in the spring of 2023 and joined our staff at Reedsburg full-time two days later. Cher’s background as a school district business manager is an invaluable asset to our company. Her designation as a Certified School Risk Manager gives her unique insight and experience in understanding risk mitigation. A licensed agent since 2010, Cher does many duties behind the scenes of Richards Insurance and is an integral part of our business. She is one of the notaries public in the agency ready to serve your notary needs by appointment.

Dillon Louis

Dillon became an agent and started with Richards Insurance in 2018 and began purchasing a small portion of the agency in 2021. He intends to own and operate the agency into the future with the same methods of serving clients. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin Platteville with a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science 2015. His prior experience in the dairy and beef industry makes him a great fit for working with farmers of all types to assess their risk and write a policy that fits their farm’s needs. Dillon served on the board of a mutual insurance company for over 6 years gaining a broader understanding of the Wisconsin Insurance Industry. Dillon is also a notary public in the agency.

Jessica Coy

Jessica works as our Customer Service Representative (CSR) in our main office. She is the voice you are most likely to hear when you call the office in Ithaca. Additionally, she is a writing agent selling personal and commercial policies. Her license gives her the ability to answer most of your questions! Jessica has been with the agency since 2016.

Jenny Tourdot

Jenny is our Customer Service Representative (CSR) and agent primarily working out of our Reedsburg location. She is a writing agent who is happy to assist you in finding the best support for all your insurance needs. She has been licensed since 2014 and possesses many years of experience to help you. She is a lifetime resident of Reedsburg and cares deeply for her community! She is always looking for ways to help out and serve the people she lives near.

Nathan Richards

Nathan joined our team in the fall of 2020 and is excited to help you! In addition to writing property and casualty insurance, he also is a licensed life insurance agent. Nathan works out of his home, while also teaching at Madison Area Technical College in the surgical technician program. His life experiences in the medical field and in teaching help him to relate to people and serve them well. Nathan is in the 5th generation of the Richards family to work at Richards Insurance Agency.

Mark Withey

Mark came to Richards Insurance Agency in 2021 with over 20 years of experience as a property and casualty agent. He also operates his own health and life insurance agency. Our clients are welcome to work with Mark for those needs. We are happy to have Mark’s experience and sense of humor in our agency. Mark works from his home and enjoys working on home improvements, cutting firewood and spending time on the water.
