MARK BAKER

PRINCIPAL

Agency Principal and Chief Sales Agent. He loves to work with his customers and solve problems. He has been with the agency for over 30 years. Mark also has a love for horses and enjoys working on his ranch in his free time.

NINA BAKER

CO-OWNER

A Chillicothe native, Nina was very active when she and Mark purchased the agency from Mark’s parents in 1997. Long hours were spent running the office and being actively involved in her daughter’s activities. Today, she has relinquished most of the office responsibilities to her two daughters, Tawnya and Shayla. She is now semi-retired and spends time with her 5 grandchildren, and riding or showing horses.

RON KOEHLY

AGENT

Manager and part owner the Chillicothe location. Ron was born and raised in Chillicothe and has strong ties to the community. He has been with the agency since 1994. In his spare time he is an avid golfer as well as a team roper.

TAWNYA STUEDLE, CIC, CRM

OFFICE MANAGER

Tawnya has been with the agency since 1997. She earned the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Risk Manager (CRM) designations. When she’s not overseeing the day-to-day operations of the business she is managing a family of 5.

SHAYLA SHIPLEY

COMMERCIAL RISK ADVISOR

From General Liability to Commercial Auto to Performance Bonds, Shayla can take care of you Commercial needs. In her free time, she enjoys riding horses with her husband and competing in AQHA Shows.

BILL CREWS

COMMERCIAL RISK ADVISOR

An avid hunter and Kansas City Royals fan. Bill oversees the day-to-day behind the scenes. His careful attention to detail keeps the agency running smoothly.

WENDY COPPLE

PERSONAL RISK ADVISOR

Whether it’s your home, auto, or even boat, Wendy is focused on making sure you’re protected, so you can focus on what matters most. Outside of the office she enjoys spending quality time with her family, which is her true passion.

KATHRYN MILLER

PERSONAL & COMMERCIAL RISK ADVISOR

Kathryn had the opportunity to grow up in the insurance business. Wearing several hats along the way. She is laser focused on helping customers. When she’s not in the office she enjoys gardening, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

AMBER THOMAS

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Amber grew up in Lathrop performing mule shows with her grandparents. She enjoys spending time with her family and 3 dogs. Amber enjoys teaching her 2 daughters how to grow and nurture a garden.

ERIN HILLYARD

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Erin grew up in Bethany and this is still where she calls home with her husband, Rick, their 3 sons and 2 dogs. When Erin isn’t in the office, she spends her free time enjoying the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and traveling.
