Fraud is rampant. Lawyers need to double down on efforts to protect your firm and your clients. OBLIC recently closed a case involving fraud during a real estate transaction. Hackers intercepted communication resulting in the title agency incorrectly directing the mortgage payoff to the Insured’s firm.
