Carrier Direct Billed: Insureds should pay their premiums directly to their carriers. If you have questions regarding the premium or fees on your direct bill policies, please contact the carrier for your policy. If you have questions regarding the commission on your direct bill policies, please contact RTDirectBillAccounting@rtspecialty.com.

QuickHome Payments: Pay QuickHome Policy There is a 3.5% site fee for credit card transactions based on the amount of the payment. The fee amount will be displayed at the time of payment confirmation. There is no fee for E-check payments. If you have questions regarding QuickHome statements, please contact ARLDirectInsuredBill@rtspecialty.com.

Send ACORD Loss Notices to arlclaims@rtspecialty.com with the policy number included. All claim correspondence including loss notices, status requests and any other claim documentation can be submitted for prompt attention. The claim acknowledgement will come from the carrier.

For London-based Binding Authority markets, email Loss ACORD Form to arlclaims@rtspecialty.com.
