What is LittleBox?

Admiral's LittleBox requires a device fitted to your vehicle. With regular feedback provided from the driving data being collected, Admiral LittleBox looks for good driving habits, along with other risk factors, to calculate your driving score from the driving data being collected.

Safe driving can mean a discount at renewal, but those with a poor score may find we’re no longer able to cover them within the policy term, or their insurance premium increases at renewal.

Not only that, safe drivers who choose Admiral LittleBox get an immediate discount on their insurance.

Why is it right for new drivers?

New or inexperienced drivers are considered a hazard on the road by many car insurance companies. But we don't believe in stereotypes and try to give new and young drivers more affordable first-time driver insurance.

New drivers benefit as LittleBox allows them to make up for their lack of No Claims Bonus on their first-time insurance policy.

The No Claims Bonus can give a big annual saving, reaching 25% after five years. Through LittleBox, Admiral doesn’t let inexperience hold first-time drivers back and you can start saving money right away.

As long as the unit remains active, our clever little box comes with free theft tracking. If your car is ever stolen, all you need to do is call our claims team with your crime reference number (the police will give you this when you report the crime) and we’ll speak to the police to help give you the best chance of getting your car back.
