Formulary

The drug formulary is a list of medications covered by your Humana insurance plan’s pharmacy benefits. If you have a Medicare prescription drug plan, your formulary may be different from those who get coverage through their employer. How to fill your prescriptions

With Humana plans, you have a variety of retail and mail-order options to fill your prescription. You can search for network pharmacies near you, obtain your prescriptions through mail-order providers or use a specialty pharmacy service for customized prescriptions.

CenterWell Pharmacy is the preferred cost-sharing mail-order pharmacy under many Humana MAPD and PDP plans. There are other pharmacies, including preferred cost-sharing retail pharmacies, are available in our network. Members can choose any network pharmacy for their prescriptions.
