As valued Heritage Insurance Group & Pillar Associates clients, I’m delighted to welcome you to the Arbor Insurance Group family. Let me tell you a little bit about us, and what we can offer you.

Arbor is a locally owned insurance agency that has been serving Lehigh Valley individuals, families and businesses for more than 65 years. We are committed to the same high standards of customer service, and the most effective protection for our customers, that you could always count on with Heritage and Pillar.

We represent all the same exceptional insurance companies as Heritage and Pillar, and several additional regional and national companies. This allows us to thoroughly compare rates and coverage options as we custom-design each of our insurance packages. At Arbor, we go out of our way to fully understand each customer’s goals, dreams and the ways they think about their futures. To us, every customer is unique, and so is every policy we create.

Arbor Insurance Group is conveniently located at 3435 Winchester Road, Suite 305, Allentown, PA behind the Crest Plaza Shopping Center, directly across from the Calvary Temple. We’re just a five-minute drive from the Heritage & Pillar office.

As Kim Roth mentioned in her letter to you, nothing will be changing except the office location. While Kim is retiring, you will continue to receive the unrivaled personalized service to which you’ve been accustomed. Beth O’Reilly, Heritage and Pillar’s long-time customer service agent, is joining Arbor and will continue to provide you with the first-class service you have always depended on.
