Within the Homeowners product, these claims could include people getting injured by slipping on your front steps. This policy provides broad liability coverage over and above the coverage provided in your homeowners, personal vehicles, recreational vehicles and secondary properties.

Earthquake coverage in Vermont can be added to most Homeowners policies as an endorsement. This policy provides coverage in an event an earthquake damages your home. If it is not added, you do not have coverage in the case of an earthquake.

This is a form of a Homeowner’s policy that provides physical damage coverage on your condo unit, coverage for your personal belongings and liability protection. Each condo association has different guidelines regarding what is covered under the Association’s Master Condo policy. Some Master Condo policies provide coverage for only the exterior walls of your unit, while others provide broadened coverage on each unit. We’ll work with you to determine your specific needs.
