With more than 25 years of insurance experience, Mark is a trusted insurance partner for resort owners, farmers, small business owners, and homeowners across the area.

Certified Insurance Service Representatives (CISR) Carol Rieland and Heidi Beissel are prepared to answer your questions on coverages or billing issues, be your advocate, and help with your claim. As a valued partner in your insurance policy, they will have the answers you are looking for in times of need. Attending the program to annually renew their CISR and CISR Elite certifications show our commitment to serving you. Customer service representative Shannon Stans is the main contact in our Long Prairie office and is taking continuing education classes for her CISR certification. Kevin Berrios recently joined the team and looks forward to serving the Long Prairie community.
