  • *With great sadness, I offer my condolences to the family of Brandon Lake. Big Worm, as I knew him. Brandon was a good person with a great big heart. I met him at Eat-n-Park the summer of my freshman year in college. We thought we knew things about computers, full of tween incompetence, we hammered away and had a blast. I remember our adventure to New York City for HOPE, Hackers On Planet Earth, a computer conference we barely made it to, and subsequently back from. On the few dollars we had in our pockets, we spent two days in Manhattan. What a trip. Brandon once took me out during the Perseid meteor showers one August. Middle of the night and that dude said, ‘Yo, Jim, let’s check out the showers, man’. So we drove back beyond Cannell drive, way into the country, to get some dark skies. To this day, the best meteor showers I’ve seen. And I’ve been to Yosemite a few times. I’ll never forget that. We had a good many adventures. A good number of laughs, and scares. He and I were driving to PennState one night to hang out and get a few drinks. There was a car in front that wiped out on this strip of back road. We didn’t hesitate to get out and see if everyone was alright. It was this old drunk guy, with beer cans falling out of his car. I called the police and Brandon helped the guy sit and wait. I was walking across the road and Brandon started shouting at me to jump. You see, a car, blinded by the headlights of both my car and the wrecked car, came zooming past. As Brandon yelled, I jumped. I had no idea what was going on but the passenger mirror of the flying car swiped my backside. I fell into a ditch and stood up. I’ll never forget that either. He took command of the situation and all parties involved waited calmly for the police to arrive. He had a personality that was just, better. I never knew him to be malicious, or callous, or spiteful. Though I hadn’t spoken to Brandon in many years, I find myself tearing up at his loss. When two people meet, no matter the duration, they walk awa! y, like any chemical reaction, forever changed. It’s like being bounded by gravity. To Brandon’s children, know that your father had a soul and heart that few ever possess, and most never understand. He was smart, he was good. He had his faults, like we all do. But I remember a guy that had big dreams and a big heart, and a big laugh. I can only hope to be as good a person as I remembered him being. A far better person, into a far grander cosmos. He will be sorely missed. Farewell Big Worm, say hi to the great hacker in the sky for me mate. Catch you at the end of the universe. I hear Milliways has a great breakfast. Your friend, Jim.

  • *I am sorry for the loss of a very special lady. Many years ago she became like family to my family and even stayed with us for a short time. She always spoke highly of her sister Carol and brother Don and of her parents and other family members. She called me her daughter and shared a lot of loving cards and gifts over the years, including a ring I still have. She treated my children and grandchildren like her own and I remember watching her sing "pony boy" as she bounced them on her knee. She and my youngest daughter had a birthday one day apart so we we used to have parties together . She always had a smile to share even if she wasn't feeling well. I moved away, didn't keep in touch often but she was always in thought. Your family is now in our thoughts and prayers.

  • *Math was not one of my favorite subjects but Mrs. Bressler did a good job of keeping it interesting and relevant while maintaining discipline in the classroom. She was the ultimate professional and I always felt she cared about all of her students. She was very personable and dedicated, and the few times I ran into her over the years she always remembered me. She and her husband George were a great couple and a good role models.

  • * My condolences to the Brown family. My prayers and thoughts are with you all. I came across Sue Ellen\'s obit in the New Castle obit last night. I will miss running into Petie. When we would run into one another, as was the case with Marsha and I. we may of had just moments to chat while waiting for the bus, some days we had more time if we took the same bus. We always hugged,it was moments of love but the feeling stayed with me for hours, going on my way I always felt I given a gift, it was that kind of moment with my friends. In meeting Sue and her sister Marsha, we became fast friends, when my family [ Simpkins ] moved from Pgh to New Castle the summer of 1965. We lived across the street from the Brown\'s home for a short time till we moved a few streets away. the girls and I would run into each other over the yrs. Even when I married and moved away, vacation time was always to New Castle to see our parents. Running into Sue or Marsha was always the sweet topping of vacation. Moving back a few yrs ago, I got to see them more often. Wow - we never know when God will kiss our cheeks and take us home, my sister Cindy was \"kissed\" this past January. Their hearts were so kind as my sister. Memories are from God as family and friends. Thank you God for your gifts. I am not sure how but my adorable nephew Joe ties to Sue and Marsha. God Speed Petie, your hugs I will always carry in my heart.

  • * To Ann's family-we send our sympathies to you Gregg and Brian and your families. Ann was a wonderful neighbor to this minister's wife-sharing her plants, tea, chocolate, knowledge and laughter most every day for 12 and a half years. Without Ann and her shoppe and her wonderful friends my life would not have been as enriched. She dragged me through the farm looking for a Christmas tree one year and wouldn\'t settle for anything but her best. I have picked berries and been chased by geese and dogs....when I locked my keys in the van we called AAA to come out at 10 pm and she could hear the sound of the truck from inside the house-much to my amazement-she always amazed! She often shared with me about her concerns and love for her sons and their families-she LOVED those grandchildren so much. I loved to see her be able to travel to basketball games and Virginia when possible -she loved it so much. I will miss her greatly and wish we could be there for the funeral and to see you both again. God Bless.

  • Reverend Leonard J. Day, 81, died September 24, 2010 in Meyersdale. Leonard was born October 30, 1928 in Well’ Creek, PA. His mother, Sarah Virginia Day, died at the age of 38 and he was raided by his grandparents, Hubert and Carrie Day. Leonard was married to lthe former Evaline Bittinger, who died after ten years of marriage. He then married Ruby, Evaline’s sister. They were the daughters of Irvin and Sadie Bittinger of Jennings, MD. After his mother’s death, Leonard who was then a junior in high school, had to leave school to work on his grandparents farm. Determined to finish school, Leonard graduated from Somerset Township High School in 1949. Leonard worked at a hotel in Somerset, the Somerset House, for ten years as a hotel clerk. From 1952 to 1960, Leonard also worked at WVCS in Somerset, conducting a well known and popular program of gospel music, scripture and prayer. He then moved to Stuart’s Draft, VA and pastured God’s Temple Church in Greenville. During that time,, Leonard also worked as a disc jockey for radio station WABH in Deerfield, VA. During his nine year career at WABH, Leonard was known as “LJ the DJ”. In 1975 Leonard returned to Somerset, where he evangelized at various Christian and Missionary Alliance churches in Berlin, Scullton, Critchfield, as well as pasturing the Alliance church of Gray, where he retired in 2006. He then resided at the home of James and Rayetta Brant of Springs. Leonard’s 60 year career of pasturing began at the age of 18. It was a vocation he pursued since childhood and continued even after retirement. As a young child, Leonard would practice preaching in front of a mirror or boxes lined up to represent a congregation. His classmates often told their friends who had problems to go see the preacher. Preaching one day in the outhouse, Leonard noticed a shadow outside. He looked out and saw his mother standing nearby, crying as she listened to her son. Leonard gave his heart to Jesus at age seventeen while attending services at the Grace Brethren Church in Listie under the leadership of Paul Simmons. Leonard was also an excellent singer who ministered through music as well as preaching the Word. Both of his wives also loved music and were great singers. Leonard’s theme song at WVSC was “Isn’t He Wonderful”. The song summed up the life of Leonard Day, whose love for his wonderful Savior caused him to love and pray for every person he met. • *I met Mr Perry Will while he was in the hospital about 2 months ago. He called me into his room as I was working outside his room. I think he just wanted someone to talk to(it was very early in the morning) we talked a few minutes then I went on my way. I stopped to visit him later in the day and he told me that he had lung cancer and was gonna die soon. I told him that I would pray for him to be PAIN FREE for the remainder of his days on this earth. I also spoke his name out in my church for prayers. My father died of lung cancer 3 years ago and I still miss him . may God be with you at this time in your lives. I will keep the Perry Will family in my prayers.

Landlord Insurance Information Required By Lenders and Brokers

City: Renault, State: Illinois

Landlord Insurance (Typical Information Required By Lenders and Brokers) - to obtain a quotation for landlord insurance uk, similar information is required to that needed to obtain a standard Buildings Insurance Quotation. The covers available are fairly similar as well, and you will need to make sure that any product you buy will satisfy your lenders terms and conditions.  Landlord insurance uk is a little more expensive than standard Home Insurance and you will find that there are not nearly as many insurers offering this type of cover.  The insurer will need to know that the Building is of standard construction and that it is not in an area subject to flooding or has any subsidence history.

Frequently buy to let properties are unoccupied when first purchased and there may be a delay in finding a tenant , perhaps some work needs to be done on the property. Always tell the insurer if the property is to be altered as they will need
