If you cancel a policy prior to it being in use, you will receive a refund minus a cancellation fee equal to half the agency fee. If the policy is in effect, daily policies, six month policies over 20 days, and annual policies over 30 days, are not refundable. Six-month and annual policies are discounted and will be prorated based on the cancellation window.

Mexico Homeowners

Prior to the policy being in use, you will receive a refund minus a cancellation fee. If the policy is in effect, cancellations are prorated per the terms and conditions of the policy.

Mexico Tourist Auto Claims

[IN MEXICO]

At the scene of the accident, prior to leaving, call the toll free number listed on your policy. The claims reporting toll free number will only work from a Mexico land line or a cell phone with a Mexico calling plan.

[BEFORE YOU LEAVE MEXICO]

When the adjuster arrives, have your policy, registrations, and drivers license available. Keep a copy of the adjusters accident report and any police reports.

[ONCE BACK IN THE U.S./CANADA]

Call the Mexico Insurance Company's U.S./Canada toll free number and have your claims and policy number available.

Mexico Homeowners Claims

Report your claim if you have a loss to your property which exceeds your deductible by calling our toll free number 800-400-9000, or from the U.S./Canada you can call 011-52-555-227-9000. Follow the instructions provided in your terms and conditions or call us at (855) 639-7761.
