The ASPCA® Pet Health Insurance program, available through REALTORS® Insurance Place, offers special rates for NAR members.

It's a plan that’s right for you and your pet. There are two plans from which to choose, providing varying levels of coverage for cats and dogs. Both plans provide great, competitive rates. Premium rates depend on the coverage chosen, geographic location, and the species, breed, and age of covered pet(s).

NAR members receive 10% off the base rate of the policy premium for one insured pet and an additional discount for two or more pets.

Complete CoverageSM

This plan offers robust coverage which is easy to customize for a fit that suits your pet’s needs and feels right for your budget. Choose from various levels of annual deductible, reimbursement percentage, and annual limit.

As an added service to your coverage, this plan includes free 24/7 helpline support for pet health, behavior, and wellness questions answered by veterinary experts.

Accident Only

This plan reimburses actual costs for covered expenses related to the diagnosis and treatment of injuries resulting from an accident, up to your annual limit.

You can also add preventive care (see below) at a low additional cost to cover things that help keep your pet healthy.

An add-on plan which can be added to your base plan. It includes coverage for a broad range of tests, exams, and vaccinations, and health certificate.

How these plans work: Visit the vet, specialist, or emergency clinic of your choice and pay your bill. Submit claims online, by mail, fax, or through the ASPCA® Pet Health Insurance app. Reimbursements will be mailed or directly deposited into your bank account.

Eligibility

ASPCA® Pet Health Insurance is available to NAR members and REALTOR® Association staff with a Member ID in all states and the District of Columbia, subject to the approved product in each state, with the exception of Guam, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Note: discounts on this product offering are not available to residents of Hawaii and Tennessee, due to internal state regulations which disallow insurance rate reductions for members of associations.

To be eligible for coverage, pet(s) must be a cat or dog and over 8 weeks of age.
