Login to your account to review account history, transfer funds, pay bills, view statements, make loan payments, locate surcharge-free ATMs, and more.

Navigation

Find the most popular features with easy to read tabs on the left-hand side of the screen. This format makes it easy to quickly access the information you need..

Transaction Search

Each account is categorized under a heading. Select the account type heading to display all transactions of that type. Use the search feature to filter the transactions displayed below. Type a keyword into the search box, or select the funnel icon to the right of the search box for additional options. Sort transactions by selecting an option in the sort selection box. Choose the up or down arrow to sort in descending or ascending order.

Organize Transactions with Categories

Select a transaction description or category to display the Transaction Details screen. The Transaction Details screen allows you to add notes to the transaction and categorize the transaction. Label each transaction in categories such as 'dining out' or 'automotive.' The new budgeting and financial management tools use the categories to calculate reports about your spending habits.

View Transactions Across All Accounts

Transaction history allows you to view transaction for a specific account or a group of accounts. Select an account in the left pane to display account history (transactions) in the adjacent pane. Pending transactions are separated and displayed above posted transactions. Pending transactions are reflected in an account's available balance but not the current balance. Select a Sort By option (Date, Description, etc.) to sort transaction history.

Budgeting and Financial Management Tools

Track your expenses and spending habits with our budgeting and online financial management tools. Create a budget or let the online branch create one for you based on your transaction history. Then track your budget's progress using informative charts and graphs. .

File Download Formats

Export your transactions by scrolling to the bottom of the list of transactions and selecting the Export button. Download a comma-separated value file (CSV), a file formatted for Microsoft Money, or a file formatted for Quicken.

Reset Your Password Online

Resetting your password is quick and easy. If you have forgotten your password, just click on the ‘reset password' link, answer the security questions, and you'll be back into your account within a few minutes.

Protecting your personal financial information is our top priority. Our online branch has several security features designed to protect your account from unauthorized access. We have implemented new multi-factor and out-of-band authentication procedures that will ensure only authorized users can access your account.

At Goldenwest Credit Union, security is a top priority. Each member has a unique username and password to access their information using the Online Branch. As an added security measure, Goldenwest has enhanced login procedures to ensure your personal account information is available only to you.

Getting Started

The mobile app will automatically update to the new app. If you do not have your mobile device set up for automatic updates, you will need to manually update the app. If you do not have the Goldenwest mobile app, download it for free on the Apple App Store or Google Play.
