What has exceeded your expectations banking with ECU Credit Union?: I had an issue with my VISA card yesterday and could not resolve it with the people at VISA. I called ECU, forgetting that Florida was in imminent danger of Hurricane Idalia. (I live in upstate New York). This morning Darlene called me and she quickly resolved the issue. I know Darlene has been a dedicated associate for many years, and I appreciate her kindness in this matter.
