How do I purchase tickets for the Great American Outdoor Show?

We recommend you purchase tickets online prior to the Show, but you can purchase tickets at the Show from one of our ticket booths.

A daily ticket is good for any one day of the show. Two day tickets are good for any two days of the show, and do not need to be used consecutively.

Tickets will be on sale on November 24th, 2023!

I didn't receive my ticket via email. What do I do?

What is parking like at the PA Farm Show Complex? What are my parking options?

Parking fills up very quickly at the PA Farm Show Complex. It is $10 (credit card only) but you can receive $2 off parking at the PA Farm Show Complex when you request the "Visit Harrisburg Hershey 2023 Travel Guide". You must request a printed version in order to use the coupon. They become available for 2023 on January 1, 2023. 

Take advantage of our free shuttles by parking in the Elmerton lot ($10 cash only to park) or at the Harrisburg Mall (no cost for parking). 

Do I need to purchase a Show Ticket if I am attending the Concert?

Yes. Concert tickets do not include access to the show. Click here to purchase concert tickets!

Can I purchase firearms and ammunition at the Show?

Ammunition sales are permitted at the Great American Outdoor Show. Firearm sales are not permitted on the premises. Licensed dealers will be permitted to take firearm orders at the show. Order pickup must take place offsite.

Are dogs/pets allowed?

Dogs are not permitted at the Show unless they are for the following purposes:

Is concealed carry permitted?

Concealed carry of personal firearms is permitted in the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex with the proper license in accordance with Pennsylvania law. When carrying your firearm, always adhere to all federal, state and local laws.

Are back packs permitted?

Yes, back packs are permitted at the Great American Outdoor Show and may be searched by security personnel at any time

Can I bring a stroller?

Yes, the Great American Outdoor Show is family friendly; you may bring a stroller.

Are scooters available for rent?

Electric scooters will be available for rent during the Great American Outdoor Show. They will be located in the Cameron Street Lobby next to the escalators and in the Maclay Street Lobby next to Coat Check. For advance rentals, click here.

Where is handicapped parking?

Handicapped parking is located in front of the Shooting Sports Hall. Use the main entrance off of Wildwood Park Dr.

Where does the Shuttle pick up from the Harrisburg Mall?

The free shuttle from the Harrisburg Mall picks up at the first-floor mall entrance behind Bass Pro Shop. The Harrisburg Mall shuttle is complimentary, but it does NOT run after the Friends of NRA Banquet or NRA Country Concert 

What celebrities will be at the Show and when/where will they be?

Outdoor celebrity appearances and event times will be posted soon. All celebrity appearances and events are subject to change.

Will there be food available at the Show?

Yes. Food will be available for purchase at the Show. There is a large cafe in the Shooting Sports Hall and in the lower concourse of the Large Arena. There is also the PA Preferred Dining area on the second floor. There will also be several snack and beverage vendors located in each hall throughout the Show. 

Where can I park overnight?

There is no overnight parking allowed at the PA Farm Show Complex. There are several nearby RV Campgrounds if you're staying in your RV. 

Where is Lost & Found at the Complex?

The Lost & Found Desk will be located at the Security Desk in the Cameron Street Lobby.

Are there any special hotel rates in the area that are recommended?

Yes! We are putting together a list of preferred hotels in the Harrisburg Region. 2024 Hotel Information coming soon!

Where is the First Aid Office located?

First Aid offices are located in the Main Hallway between the Shooting Sports Hall and the Archery Hall, and in the Tan Hallway between the Outfitter Hall and the Fishing Hall.

What are the best days to attend the Show?

All days of the show are equally exciting and fun, but we recommend that you consult the Explore the Show tab to see the Seminar and Event Schedules. Typically Fridays Saturdays are the busiest days and we recommend that you follow us on Facebook and Twitter for real-time updates.

How long will it take to see all the exhibits?

The Show is 650,000 Sq. Ft. of exhibition space with more than 1,000 exhibitors. To thoroughly see the entire show we recommend you plan to attend at least 2 days.

Is there free Wi-Fi?

Yes, there is free Wi-Fi at the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex. The password is  farmshow.

What if there's bad weather?

It is highly unlikely that the Show would close, but with extreme weather, a delayed opening is possible. In situations of bad weather, visit the website or follow us on the Facebook and Twitter for the most up-to-date information on Show hours.
