Berkley One Enters The Massachusetts Marketplace

Berkley One is targeting the modern, sophisticated insured

A new entrant has arrived in the Massachusetts personal lines insurance marketplace. Berkley One announced its expansion into Massachusetts and New Jersey this month. Although part of the Berkley family, one of America’s largest property and casualty insurance providers, Berkley One considers itself a start-up insurance provider targeting “modern, sophisticated individuals and families.”

We’re excited to launch in New Jersey and Massachusetts, two states that help us strengthen our presence throughout the Mid-Atlantic and New England geographies. We have a strong team in each of these new states and they are fully dedicated to partnering with our agents and brokers to offer innovative products and services to successful individuals and families,” says Kathleen Tierney, President of Berkley One.

Dwell, Drive, Collect, Secure, Explore

Organized into five headings: Dwell, Drive, Collect, Secure, Explore, Berkley One is offering personal lines insurance coverage via independent agents for home, auto, fine art and collectibles, excess liability, travel, and flood insurance solutions. With its arrival in Massachusetts and New Jersey this month, the online platform is now live in 13 states reaching approximately  “two-thirds of the high net worth personal insurance market.”

“We are constantly listening and looking for ways to improve the personal insurance experience and you can see it in our evolving suite of products and services, our ability to launch new states quickly, and our growing portfolio of agency partners and clients”, explains Tierney. “Simply put, we are always moving forward.”
