Our queen room and back porch area have the most beautiful views of the sunset. If you are an early bird, enjoying your coffee/tea in the morning on our upstairs balcony allows you to enjoy the breathtaking sunrises! In late May/June we have tons of little butterflies that like to call our place their home and provide a magical feel. Our various trees and plants turn all sort of brilliant fall colors starting in late September and October.

Overlooking the North Goose River, the grounds of 1908 House are serene and calm with vintage charm radiating from every corner.

Whether your family is gathering in the Victorian House, cutting a rug in the Hay Loft, enjoying the School House, or watching the sun set under the Pergola, 1908 House is a perfect venue for any event.

Where the blacktop ends and the gravel begins, you can find the 1908 House and its red barn waiting to help celebrate your most cherished events.

The Greenway is a great space to showcase the rolling country side that North Dakota is known for!

We love the countryside backdrops that our property has!

Our barn has been recently update with working bathrooms, a fully function bar, and custom lighting.

The barn is a great location for a ceremony backdrop!

Whether you are looking for vintage elegance or rustic charm, 1908 House has it all!

1908 House was founded in November 2015 with the hope of providing a simple, carefree, and memorable event experience for residents of Grand Forks and the surrounding area.

The Hayloft can be decorated to your vision and provides an unforgettable experience for you and your guests
