AAA Texas: Members Can Call Claims or Roadside Assistance

(Irving, Texas) – AAA Texas members have two toll-free numbers to use for assistance during and after this winter storm. 

Home and Auto Claims

Those who have homes and vehicles damaged by winter storm and freezing rain in North Texas, and who are insured through AAA Texas, can call 1-800-672-5246 for claims assistance. 

“During major events such as this storm, we want our insured members to know they can contact us immediately if they need our assistance, and we will be there to assist them with getting their lives back to normal quickly,” said AAA Texas/New Mexico Public Affairs Representative Doug Shupe.

Roadside Assistance

Members who have become stranded, have a flat tire or need a battery jump start can call Roadside Assistance 1-800-222-4357.
