We have designed a policy that will respond and protect you should a crisis occur on holiday. As experts in health travel insurance, we are able to cover thousands of different medical conditions from mild asthma through to cancer and better still, we do not have an age limit for trips up to 3 months or annual multi-trip cover.

Without cover for your medical conditions, you run the risk of being out of pocket should you require any unexpected medical treatment abroad. Having adequate cover for your medical conditions can ensure you are protected to cancel or cut short the holiday if you become unwell or require emergency medical attention on holiday. We’re happy to offer the same benefits to your travelling companions too, even if they do not have any pre-existing health conditions. If you have to cancel the holiday because of your medical conditions, so can they, if they are insured under the same OK To Travel policy (subject to policy terms and conditions).

Cancer

Specialist medical travel insurance cover for people with cancer conditions including breast, prostate and bowel cancer.

Heart Conditions

Travel and holiday insurance for people who have suffered a heart attack or have conditions such as atrial fibrillation, angina and heart disease.

Diabetes

£5,000 Cancellation

Cancellation cover up to £5,000 per person to recoup costs of unused travel and accommodation.

£10M Medical Expenses

Cover up to £10,000,000 per person if you require emergency medical treatment or repatriation.

£3,000 Baggage

Cover if your personal possessions are lost, stolen or damaged. 

£1,000 Gadget Cover

Cover against theft, accidental damage, breakdown and accidental loss of your gadgets.

£500 Missed Departure

Cover for travel and accommodation expenses required to reach your booked destination.

£50 Policy Excess

Policy excess as low as £50 with Premier Plus cover.

Medical travel insurance frequently asked questions

Our policies are only available to permanent UK residents who are registered with a GP in the UK. Cover is not available to residents of the Channel Islands or IOM. You must be fit to travel at the time of purchasing insurance cover.

We do not have any age restrictions for single trips up to 31 days or on annual multi-trip policies. We can cover single trips up to 184 days if you're 75 or under. (Children under the age of 18 must be insured with an adult).

We do not need the names of the medication or the dosage, only the condition that the medication is prescribed to treat or prevent.
