The Roundstone Leadership Team

Mike Schroeder

Michael A. Schroeder has served as President of Roundstone since 2005. Mike offers more than twenty-five years of management experience, and has a proven track record of building and leading fast-growing, innovative insurance businesses.

Prior to Roundstone, Mike served as Vice President and General Counsel for an insurance company while it transitioned into a NASDAQ listed AM Best A-rated insurer. He founded a medical malpractice underwriter and drove rapid growth prior to its acquisition. Mike also held senior executive positions with a worker’s compensation insurer, a non-standard auto insurer, and served as an associate of a Cleveland law firm.

A frequent speaker and author, Mike is known for his innovative thinking in the insurance industry. He received his Juris Doctorate from The Ohio State University College of Law and received his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Tulane University.

Jasmine Bibb

As an experienced health insurance professional, Jasmine has acquired a diverse skillset of experiences that include small, mid-size and large employer strategic initiatives, new business development, client management, market research, and product development.

As Vice President of Customer Success, Jasmine is responsible for facilitating ownership of customer experience excellence throughout the organization. She works closely with all internal business units, clients and advisors to ensure Roundstone’s vision for customer experience excellence strategically aligns with the expectations and goals, that contribute to a sustainable mutual relationship.

Jasmine received her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Ursuline College, and a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies from Ohio University.

Rob Hamilton

Rob Hamilton has served as Executive Vice President of Sales for Roundstone since 2016. Rob maintains direct oversight of the sales team including channel strategy , pipeline and product development, recruitment, and training while maintaining an industry-leading client retention rate.

Rob offers over 25 years of executive sales leadership experience and P&L responsibility. Rob’s expertise in the wholesale distributor market has proven invaluable in working with benefits advisors across the nation to expand Roundstone’s footprint.

Rob received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Eastern Illinois University. Originally from the Chicago area, Rob has lived in Cleveland, Ohio since 1999.

Beth Snyder

Beth joins Roundstone as an entrepreneurial leader with more than 25 years in operations management and consulting for high-growth companies. In her role as Chief Operating Officer, Beth brings a passion for helping others grow and a systems mindset to our Claims, Underwriting, and IT teams. She works collaboratively across teams to facilitate continuous improvement of systems and processes.

Beth most recently served as Vice President of Operations for Tech Elevator, where she led the scaling of infrastructure and teams to support 50% year-over-year growth and a 95% employee retention rate. She was a founding leader of Vox Mobile, a technology services company focused on mobile innovation.

Beth received her Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. She is proud of her “Midwest nice” roots in Michigan, Chicago, and now Cleveland, where she lives with her husband, two teenage daughters, and their 6-year-old shepherd mix. She loves reading novels, running, hiking, and traveling on summer weekends in the family RV.

Terri White

Terri joins Roundstone with a track record of success in the technology industry through modern digital marketing, branding, and demand generation programs. Previously, she served as Vice President of Corporate Marketing at Information Builders and has also held strategic communications and marketing management roles at Antenna Software (now Pegasystems).

A results-driven and passionate marketing leader, Terri is responsible for branding initiatives and directing Roundstone’s marketing organization to retain and grow its employer client base and advisor relationships.

Terri received a bachelor of Science in Finance from The Ohio State University. In addition to being a marketing nerd, she loves rock and roll, anything Italian and NY Times Crossword puzzles. Having recently relocated to the CLE from NYC, Terri is happy to be “back in the Buckeye”.

Chris Zirke

Chris comes to Roundstone from the Gertsburg Law Firm, where he was the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing Marketing, Operations, Finance and Administration. Prior to stepping into the COO role, Chris’ practice was focused on franchise law – counseling and advising both franchisors and franchisees throughout their respective business cycles.

Previously, Chris was the Vice President and General Counsel at Corporate United, Inc., one of the largest private sector group purchasing organizations. Chris oversaw all legal operations and drove efficiencies across teams. Before that he led all RFx events for KeyBank’s Corporate Real Estate department and negotiated third-party sourcing contracts across multiple lines of business for the bank.

Chris is an avid Cleveland sports and Seinfeld fan (Festivus, anyone?). He serves on the leadership team at Grace Church in Middleburg Heights and lives in Berea with his wife and children.

Jonathan McCorkle

With an impressive career spanning 17 years in insurance accounting, Jonathan is a seasoned professional with leadership experience at some of the largest insurance companies in the country. His expertise in building high-performing finance teams and his forward-thinking approach to financial reporting are pivotal to Roundstone’s vision of continual growth and service excellence.  

Jonathan’s role at Roundstone encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including overseeing the company’s financial operations, enhancing transparency and efficiency, and leveraging technology to lead strategic financial planning and reporting. His role is a critical component of Roundstone’s strategy to ensure our trajectory of record growth remains consistent and aligned with the values and needs of the clients we serve. Jonathan’s prior experience includes being an Assistant Controller for Geico, VP of Finance for the Kemper Corporation, and Assistant VP of Allianz Global Corporate & Specialty.  

Jonathan received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Akron. He is a Certified Public Accountant in Ohio.   

Bryan Shantery

Bryan leads all technology strategy, development, and implementation at Roundstone. With over 25 years of experience applying IT solutions to a wide array of processes in the insurance industry, he oversees an effective and integrated technology infrastructure that enables best-in-class solutions and leverages automation and system integrations for quicker and more accurate data processing. Bryan’s work enhances efficiency with vital data that drives decision-making, expedites a smoother growth trajectory for Roundstone, and empowers the customer with a better benefits experience.  

Ultimately, it is Roundstone’s objective for the technology department to significantly contribute to our customers’ success. Bryan’s work modernizes Roundstone’s systems and environments to deliver a unified and simplified approach that better serves customers with enhanced insight into their plans, quicker turnaround on claims processing, and improved cost optimization capabilities. His efforts on internal systems help scale Roundstone’s growth by reducing redundancy, improving efficiency, and ensuring flexibility for the inevitable changes of continued improvement.  

Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from Kent State University.

Kenny's territory covers OH, MI, and IN.

Taylor's territory is the state of Texas.

Tim covers several states including MA, ME, NH, VT, RI, and NY.

Robert Pace

Bob's territory covers the states of WI, IL and MO.

Jack Schroeder

Jack's territory covers the states of PA, NJ, and CT.

David Smith
