Our Team

Ben Beck joined Purdum Gray Ingledue Beck, Inc in 2007 as an insurance producer and became an owner in 2012. After completing his service in the U.S. Army, Ben received his Bachelors Degree in Business Science from Eastern Illinois University. Ben is licensed to provide property, casualty, life and health products to both his commercial and personal customers.

Mick Cumbie joined PGIB in 2022 and is licensed in life and health insurance. Mick previously served a 24-year career in the US Army including a final assignment as Chair of the Military Science Department at Western Illinois University. Following his military service, Mick worked in higher education fundraising at three institutions: Western Illinois University, the College of Coastal Georgia, and the University of Georgia.

Abby Beck joined the PGIB team in 2022 as an Account Manager in the Life and Health Department. She is a 2016 graduate of Western Illinois University with her Master’s Degree in Sociology. During her graduate studies, Abby’s focus was in two areas: education and the sociology of health and healthcare. Abby is licensed in life, health, property, and casualty insurance. Barb Bloom joined PGIB in 1995 as an Account Manager working with commercial accounts. A Macomb native, Barb has a degree in Finance from Western Illinois University. She is a Certified Insurance Counselor and is licensed in property, casualty, life and health insurance.

Dawn Ford, CIC, CISR, is an Account Manager in Commercial Lines for PGIB. Dawn also provides Claims Service for all commercial accounts. While licensed in all major lines of insurance, Dawn has earned the professional designation of Certified Insurance Counselor. She brings a strong commitment of excellence to the agency through advanced education and professionalism.

Janet Harwick is an Account Manager specializing in commercial lines and also serves as the department supervisor. Purdum Gray Ingledue Beck, Inc. takes pride in the fact she has been with the agency since 1987. She is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC), Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR), and is licensed in property, casualty, life and health insurance.

Beau J. Ingledue joined PGIB as a sales representative in 1996 and joined as partner in 2005.  He holds earned a degree from Western Illinois University in public relations and communications with a minor in business. Beau’s commitment to his clients and the Macomb community is revealed by his continual pursuit of professional insurance designations while maintaining community and civic interests.

Beau has earned the professional designation of Certified Insurance Counselor through the National Alliance. Currently, Beau is involved with Bridgeway, Inc, Illinois Growth Enterprises, The Macomb Fire and Police Commission and other civic organizations. Cheri Kiper is PGIB’s receptionist. She is also a licensed producer and a Certified Insurance Service Representative in property causality, life and health. Cheri’s career reflects on her sincere interest and enjoyment in working with people. She has held positions in sales, management and carries 27 years of customer service and public relations. Cheri is the friendly face and voice of PGIB.

When not working Cheri enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves spending time with her daughter Melissa in Jacksonville, Florida and son Eric in Springfield, IL along with three granddaughters. She also enjoys traveling, gardening, and various outdoor adventures. Cheri is also involved as a member of P.E.O. Shanda Mainland, CIC, CISR, serves PGIB as an Account Manager specializing in commercial lines. She is licensed in life, health, property and casualty insurance. She is a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR). Shanda holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University. In addition to her education, Shanda brings a strong focus in customer service skills and educational commitment to the agency.

Lori Raymond joined the Purdum Gray Ingledue Beck team in 2008 where she currently serves as an Account Manager in the Personal Lines Department. Ashley Riggins joined Purdum Gray Ingledue Beck, Inc in 2013 and is currently the Director of Operations. She holds a bachelor of business degree in Marketing from Western Illinois University. Ashley is licensed to sell property, casualty, life and health lines of insurance.

Currently, Ashley is involved with the McDonough County United Way, Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors, and other community organizations. Ashley and her husband Ryan reside in Macomb with their daughter Piper, and sons Riley, Rowan, and Rhett. They enjoy spending time with friends, family, renovating homes and travelling together. Susan Seymore joined PGIB in 2017 as an Account Manager with farm and personal lines accounts. She has over 30 years of experience in customer service and is licensed in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.

Tammy Taflinger came to PGIB in 2005 with 16 years of agency experience. She is a Certified Insurance Service Representative and is licensed in property, casualty, life and health insurance. Tammy is an Account Manager in our Personal Lines Department.

Tammy is a life long resident of McDonough County. Tammy resides in Bushnell, IL with her husband, Dwight, and their 3 children, Devin, Caitlin & Madison. Dwight and Tammy are very devoted to their church and community. Tammy enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
