With Blue View Vision, you’ll be covered for check-ups and eye exams, plus you will receive allowances for the glasses or contacts you rely on every day. Your Anthem vision insurance plan is always there when you need it.

Reasons To Choose Blue View Vision Insurance

With Blue View Vision, you will have all the help you need to manage your eye health. Our vision insurance plans cover check-ups, so you can keep your prescription up to date. We also offer allowances for your frames, lenses, or contact lenses, and discounts at some of your favorite places to shop. Benefits vary based on your specific plan.

Eye exams every 12 months or calendar year with a $10 or $20 copay.

Standard lenses every 12 months or calendar year. Single, bifocal, and trifocal with a $10 or $20 copay.

Contact lenses every calendar year or 24 months. Conventional and disposable options with an allowance from $80 to $200.

New frames every calendar year or 24 months with an allowance from $130 to $200.
